About the New Record
Cornwall set yet another record in June 2021. People have continued to buy more homes since last summer. And the reasons for this vary, including the improving economic times. Ideally, there is an increasing number of supplies of houses in town. While this has sustained the overall inventory from collapsing, the chances are high that the supply may reduce. This may only mean that sellers are at the advantage of determining prices and availability.
