Nonetheless, there was also a new record in the dollar value of all homes sold in November 2020. The value was at $298 million, which was an increase of 40.9% from November 2019.

Residential Listing

By the end of November 2020, the active residential listing was 298 units. This was a 44% decrease from that recorded by the same period in the previous year.

Months of Inventory

Months of inventory refer to months taken to sell current inventories at the prevailing rates of sale activity. By the end of November 2020, the total number of months of inventory was 0.7. This was a decrease from the one recorded by the end of November 2019, which was 1.5 months. Furthermore, the figure was below the long-run average of 2 months which is usually recorded by November.
